Two options for rotational mould manufacture

We manufacture both aluminium and sheet-metal rotational moulds. Instead of recommending one material for every product, we assess geometry, dimensions, surface requirements and production plans to identify an appropriate solution.

Aluminium moulds

We assess aluminium moulds against the product geometry, detail and surface requirements. Demoulding, parting areas and practical manufacturing considerations are addressed together. The final selection depends on the technical needs of your product.

Sheet-metal moulds

Sheet-metal moulds offer another manufacturing option for suitable product geometries. Forming, joining and opening arrangements are planned around the plastic part. Suitability for tanks or other hollow products is assessed individually.

Choosing the mould for your project

We compare both options after reviewing your drawings and target quantity. Trial moulding and future series production are considered during planning so the mould can support the next stages of the project.
