Trial moulding allows your rotational mould to be evaluated under real production conditions. Our experienced team determines suitable machine time and temperature settings and produces a demonstration part for review.

Time and temperature for the specific part

There is no single setting for every product. The mould, geometry and material are considered together when evaluating heating, rotation and cooling conditions. Adjustments help establish suitable working parameters.

Reviewing the demonstration part

We assess the general form, demoulding and visible surface characteristics against the project expectations. Any special dimensional or application checks should be discussed before the trial to agree the evaluation scope.
